Do you have everything on your website in stock?

While we do have a large storage facility with many products stocked, it is impossible to stock everything, but we can order specific items in the event that we don’t have it stocked.

What is the warranty period?

New equipment is as warrantied as per the manufacturer’s specifications and time period.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we get an order we process payment and either organize a local delivery with our in house transportation company or schedule a same day pick up for long distance deliveries via and freight company.

Do you sell used equipment?

We have both new and used equipment.

What is your return policy?

All returns are subject to Babak Food Equipment approval. No returns will be accepted and no credit will be issued without advance written authorization from Babak Food Equipment. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information.

Do you ship outside of Greater Vancouver?

Babak Food Equipment ships Canada wide.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Once order is placed the credit card is processed. We also accept debit, check and E-transfer.

Do you offer financing?

We work with a number of finance companies to make sure you get the right payment plan.

Does the price include shipping?

The price does not include shipping. Quotations for shipping can be provided depending on what is being shipped, location, and delivery requirements.

How long will delivery take?

Local delivery will usually be sent within 48 hours, long distance freight depends on the location.
