A commercial beer dispenser keeps kegs cold and pours draft beer at the right temperature, glass after glass. Babak Food Equipment offers draft beer dispensers and kegerators for bars, pubs, restaurants, breweries’ tasting rooms, hotels and event venues across Vancouver and British Columbia, from Turbo Air, Cold Zone and Atosa. A built-in cooler with a tower and taps turns any back bar into a draft station.
Types of beer dispensers
Single and multi-keg kegerators
A compact kegerator beer dispenser holds one keg and suits cafés and small bars. Two- and three-section units hold several kegs for a wider tap list.
Tower configurations
The beer tower dispenser on top can carry one, two, three or more taps. Choose the number of faucets for your tap list, plus room for rotating seasonal kegs.
Also see back bar solid refrigerators for bottled stock and glass chillers for frosted mugs.
How to choose a draft beer dispenser

Keg size and count: check how many kegs, and which sizes, fit inside. Full-size, slim and sixth-barrel kegs all take different space.
Number of taps: match the tower to your tap list and keep one line spare if you rotate beers.
Temperature: most draft beer pours best at about 36–38°F (2–3°C); stable temperature reduces foam and waste.
Space and ventilation: measure the bar opening and check whether the unit breathes from the front or needs rear clearance.
Cleaning: plan for regular beer line cleaning; easy access to lines and couplers saves time.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a kegerator and a beer dispenser?
The terms are often used for the same thing: a refrigerated cabinet that holds kegs, with a tower and faucets on top for draft service.
What temperature should draft beer be served at?
Most draft beer is kept at about 36–38°F (2–3°C). Some craft styles are served a little warmer.
How often should beer lines be cleaned?
A common guideline is about every two weeks, or as the brewer or local rules recommend. Clean lines keep flavour consistent and reduce foaming.
Do I need CO2 for a beer dispenser?
Yes. Most draft systems push beer with CO2 (or a gas blend for some styles) through a regulator connected to the keg coupler.
