Dough Sheeters
Dough sheeters, also known as dough rollers or sheeter machines, are used to produce consistent, thin sheets of dough for use in baking or pasta making. These machines use a series of rollers to flatten the dough, allowing for a uniform thickness and even texture.
Commercial dough sheeters are available in manual, electric, and automatic models. Manual models require the operator to turn a crank to feed the dough through the rollers, while electric and automatic models use a motor to power the rollers.
