The 93-inch Atosa pizza prep table comes equipped with an extra deep, full width cutting board that makes it easy to prepare all sizes of pizza right on top of the unit. The convenient pan area on top can hold 12 1/3-size food pans, giving you plenty of space for keeping all of your most popular pizza toppings close at hand. This pizza prep station also features a refrigerated base with 28.4 cubic feet of storage space perfect for keeping extra ingredients, toppings, and sauce at food safe temperatures until you’re ready to use them. The fridge is equipped with six epoxy coated wire shelves that prevent rust and corrosion. Each shelf has a load capacity of up to 155 pounds and come pre-installed inside the unit.
