Description

Running two pasta types at once? The Atosa PCE-18 is an electric pasta cooker with two independent 10-gallon tanks in a 31-1/2″ wide cabinet. Each tank has its own 10 kW heating system, so one side can cook while the other sits idle, which suits higher-volume restaurants and banquet kitchens. Each tank has 3-position temperature control, plus a high-limit safety shut-off.

Key features

  • Two independent 10-gallon tanks – run two pastas or shut one side down at quiet times.
  • 3-position temperature control – set the cooking heat to suit the product on each tank.
  • High-limit safety shut-off – the unit shuts off heating if an over-temperature condition occurs.
  • SUS316 stainless steel tank – deep-drawn, sandblasted and electropolished, with the tank welded to the top.
  • Stainless steel exterior and interior – tough and easy to wipe down.
  • Standard basket configuration – (3) 1/3 baskets, (3) 1/6 baskets left and (3) 1/6 baskets right.
  • 1″ NPT drain valve and manual water fill – fill through the inlet pipe and valve; empty through the drain valve.
  • 4″ to 6″ adjustable legs – level the unit on uneven floors.
  • ETL certified – listed on the Atosa spec sheet.
